2 weeks ago, I attended Katelyn James’ workshop, that has rocked my business, and I am so excited to start implementing new ideas and processes into my business! But for today, I have some beauty to share with you! Part of the workshop was a styled shoot that Katelyn used to demonstrate everything we had talked about in the morning session of the workshop. It’s one thing to talk about posing and lighting, and another to implement it, and this shoot was awesome!
The Mankin Mansion provided a stunning backdrop for this Valentine’s Day themed shoot, and I was so excited to see my gorgeous friend Tori and her husband Aaron as the models! Tori made the hot pink tights, and knee length flowery ruffled dress look incredible as only she could. :)
I’ve never been a part of a group shooting session before, and it made it really fun to try and find new angles to photograph, as 15 of us shot at the same time. :)
Enjoy many of my favorites!
Isn’t that bouquet gorgeous?

I loved the addition of the balloons!

And then the bubbles added a cool texture to the background of the images.

And then we moved inside the tent to work with directional light.

Huge thank you to Katelyn for her heart and passion to teach other photographers!
